Our fully trained Retail Security Officers are aware of relevant legislation and its application. We can work unobtrusively with your management team and will tailor the service to meet your needs.
Our staff will study examples of staff/customer profiles to blend into the surroundings whilst carrying out their duties. They will monitor the behaviour of customers, staff, delivery and janitorial personnel. They will deal accordingly with those committing an offence.
The Covert Retail Services Team is committed to reduce crime and losses, by the prevention and discouragement of criminal activity. We will also assist in the apprehension and processing of active offenders, which may lead to criminal convictions.
