Through our partners we provide an NSI Gold Approved Alarm Receiving Centre, providing 24 Hour Alarm Monitoring Services.

As a commitment to provide the highest standards in Monitoring Services, the Alarm Receiving Centre is accredited to British Standard 5979 Category II and ISO 9000 and further complies with existing British and European Standards e.g. BS EN 50131, PD6662.

CCTV Monitoring

The Alarm Receiving Centre is accredited to provide CCTV monitoring to comply with the British Standard BS 8418.

Fire Alarm Monitoring

Automatic Fire Alarm monitoring provides 24 hour, 365 days a year protection of a site’s Fire Alarm Panel.

Triton Security process Automatic Fire Alarm activations directly to the relevant Fire Authorities in line with current Fire Authority policies thus ensuring a prompt response to life threatening situations.

Elderly Persons Monitoring

Our Careline Service is designed to increase the security and well being of the elderly, infirm and vulnerable clients, giving them, and those who care for them, the confidence to enable them to maintain an independent lifestyle and continue to live at home.

Whether it is an urgent call for assistance, or simply a resident who needs re-assurance, Triton Security will provide the necessary response to ensure the resident’s well being and safety is achieved by calling the Emergency Services, family or friends. We will always be there to care for those you care for.

Digital Communicators

Digital Communicator Monitoring provides monitoring of a protected premises via a standard telephone line. Alarm signals are transmitted to the Alarm Receiving Centre in the event of a situation arising.

BT RedCare

The RedCare service provides continual monitoring of a protected premises by the use of an existing BT line. This line is continually monitored and in the event of a line cut the Alarm Receiving Centre will be notified. With the addition of RedCare GSM, monitoring will continue even though the line has been cut.

CSL DualCom

DualCom monitoring provides continual monitoring of a protected premises on any standard telephone line. Alarm signals are transmitted via Radio, GSM or GPRS and will provide notification to the Alarm Receiving Centre in the event of a line cut.
