New Sales Team

Triton again exceeded in the SIA Approved Contractors and ISO 9001:2008 Surveys.
Triton passed with a score of +71 and the Assessor rated them in the top 3 out of 80 Companies he had audited in the past 12 months.
Additional comments made by the Isoqar Assessor:
“Triton continues to be a high quality and customer orientated organisation with a Lead from the top attitude. The Company is also committed to a continuous improvement process.”
“Complaints are few and well managed and customer opinions regularly gathered”
Four Company sites were visited and reviewed, and were excellent, with contracts, terms & conditions and KPI’s agreed with the Client.
Clients expressed a high opinion of Triton and its staff, describing them as “Brilliant” and being “their eyes and ears”.

ISO14001
Triton are currently working towards ISO14001 to strengthen the organisation management system.
February 2010
Tritons Chief Executive and Managing Director met with local Conservative MP Alec Shelbroke and offered to assist with free Security surveys in his Constituency. As a result of this Triton are in Liaison with local Councillors agreeing actions to assist the local Community in Collingham and Linton villages.
January 2010
Employee of the quarter went to Graham Burnley who has done a fantastic job @ DENSO for us over the past 3 months. Graham received a bonus of £200.00
Employee of the month was awarded to Bill Machon, our South Yorkshire Operations Manager, who had a very busy January.

Triton Offers Incentives
Triton are offering bonuses to any member of staff who are able to introduce a client to the company.

"Triton Pass with flying colours"
Triton passed the awards with flying colors. Once again Triton passed the SIA approved contractors scheme. The auditor commented that Triton were by far the highest score he had awarded to a Security Company. Triton also attained the latest ISO 9001:2008 Standards.

March 2009 Employee of the Quarter and Employee of the year:
Triton have now introduced these two new incentives to the Company. Employee of the quarter will receive a £200 bonus and Employee of the Year will receive £500. The first quarterly bonus will be awarded on 1st July 2009 for the preceding 3 months. The first annual bonus will be awarded on 1st April 2010, for the preceding year. These bonuses are in addition to the Annual bonuses received by all staff that have served the Company well over the previous 12 Months.

February 2009 - CHAS Accreditation
Triton Security were accredited within the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) having demonstrated compliance with, and sound management of, current Health & Safety Legislation.

SIA
Triton Security became Approved Contractors with the Security Industry Authority. Both Directors and all members of Staff are certified with the SIA ( Security Industry Authority) Licence.

Working in partnership with First County monitoring
Triton are working together with First County Monitoring, offering a BSIA Gold Award Control Centre. In addition to our already existing QMS Accreditation,Triton have now also attained the UKAS ISO9001:2000 Accreditation.

Triton Security secured a £500,000.00 per year contract with "DFS" Furniture Stores.

Triton have won a contract with The York Minster, working alongside the Minster Police. Never before have the Minster out-sourced their Security requirements.
