Graham Foxcroft

Graham Foxcroft - Chief Executive

Graham spent 22 years in the West Yorkshire Police, before taking over Triton Security with Ashley Wood in 2003. The majority of his time within the Force was spent working within the CID. Prior to the Police, at the age of 16, Graham became an Assistant Golf Professional.

Graham’s experience of Crime Prevention and Reduction has assisted Triton Security with a successful strategy which not only benefits Triton with their service offerings, but also has a positive impact for clients and the wider community.

Ashley Wood

Ashley Wood - Managing Director

Ashley successfully owned and managed retail outlets for 14 years. This provided Ashley with an extensive range of business skills, experience, man-management and also the service impact on consumers and the general public. Ashley sold his businesses to join forces with Graham at Triton Security.

An extensive knowledge in Operational and Commercial Management, which in partnership with Graham, gives Triton Security a powerful leadership team.

Chris Diaper

Chris Diaper - Operations Director [North]

Chris served in the British Army for 13 years, involved in operational security matters worldwide. Since 2006 Chris has been involved in commercial and corporate security projects.

He is an experienced close protection officer with extensive management and leadership skills.

Chris is responsible for client liaison and ensuring that Tritons contracts are run to the high standards that our customers expect and deserve.

William Machon

William Machon - Operations Director [South]

 

Bill has worked in operations for various security companies over the years. Bill joined Triton Security in 2004 from the Carlisle Group, where he was responsible for operating the Summerfield and Dairycrest contracts. Bill is responsible for the management of day to day activities and operational duties within the Southern regions of England, ensuring the contracts are run smoothly and efficiently and are to the customers required specification and satisfaction.

Mark Crowther

Mark Crowther - Business Development Manager

Mark joined the Triton Team in July 2010 and comes with over 8 years experience in the Private Security Industry. Having worked within the Security Industry as well as running his own family Security firm, Mark has first hand experience of the Manned Guarding Industry.

With this invaluable experienced gained, Mark understands very quickly the needs of an ever more demanding client which has served him well in his latest role as Business Development Manager.

Mark firmly believes that Triton has a solution to any Security requirement and through spreading the Triton name we can only go from strength to strength.

Paul Neal

Paul Neal - Sales Director

After leaving the Royal Air Force Police, Paul formed his own successful manned guarding company and in 1988 won the accolade of “Young Business Manager of the Year”. When Paul decided to move on from the business, it was sold to Chubb Plc in 1998.

After spending some time doing voluntary work in South Africa, Paul returned to the UK and chose to work with Triton Security due to their mutual belief and full commitment to core values and ethical standards. Paul also believes that by working in synergy, all client expectations will be met and exceeded thereby adding value. 

With strength in depth, Paul’s wide and varied skill set fits supremely well within the Triton Group and will further enhance the current leadership and management team.

 

Nigel Fairbairns

Nigel Fairbairns

Nigel is a highly skilled security professional with over 25 years extensive managerial and operational experience, having worked on a variety of projects from ground up to completion. During his 5 years in the security industry Nigel has managed multiple contracts and had responsibility for staffing, finance, customer relations, business continuity and training.

 

Lauren Gibson

Lauren Gibson - Vetting/ Screening and Admin

After leaving school in 2007 Lauren went on to York College and in 2009 attained a recognised National Diploma.

Lauren joined the Triton Group in October 2009.

As well as completing the BS7858 Vetting and Screening course Lauren handles the day to day Administration side of the Company.
