Ashley Wood

Graham Foxcroft - Chief Executive

Graham spent 22 years in the West Yorkshire Police, before taking over Triton Security with Ashley Wood in 2003. The majority of his time within the Force was spent working within the CID. Prior to the Police, at the age of 16, Graham became an Assistant Golf Professional.

Graham’s experience of Crime Prevention and Reduction has assisted Triton Security with a successful strategy which not only benefits Triton with their service offerings, but also has a positive impact for clients and the wider community.

Ashley Wood

Ashley Wood - Managing Director

Ashley successfully owned and managed retail outlets for 14 years. This provided Ashley with an extensive range of business skills, experience, man-management and also the service impact on consumers and the general public. Ashley sold his businesses to join forces with Graham at Triton Security.

An extensive knowledge in Operational and Commercial Management, which in partnership with Graham, gives Triton Security a powerful leadership team.

David Foy Non-Executive Director

David Foy joined Triton in September 2009 as a non-Executive Director. David will support the sales team and the board in driving revenue growth. He was a Sales & Marketing Director for G4S & Securicor for 5 years, and recently spent a year as Group Sales & Marketing Director for Profile Security.

Prior to working in the security business he spent more than 20 years at Xerox in various sales, marketing & general management roles, latterly as a Director of the UK company.

Lee McGuire

Lee McGuire - Operations Director [North]

Lee spent 19 years in the West Yorkshire Police before leaving in 2004. After serving several years as a Detective, Lee was promoted to Sergeant in 1999. He has vast experience within operations and man-management. Lee then spent over two years running his own retail business, and carrying out his Private Detective Services qualifications before joining Triton in his current role in January 2008.

He works strategically to ensure that the security needs of clients are met with the correct experience, expertise and calibre of 'security staff' providing a prestigious security solution.

William Machon

William Machon - Operations Director [South]

Bill has worked in operations for various security companies over the years. Bill joined Triton Security in 2004 from the Carlisle Group, where he was responsible for operating the Summerfield and Dairycrest contracts. Bill is responsible for the management of day to day activities and operational duties within the Southern regions of England, ensuring the contracts are run smoothly and efficiently and are to the customers required specification and satisfaction.

Mark Crowther

Mark Crowther - Business Development Manager

Mark joined the Triton Team in July 2010 and comes with over 8 years experience in the Private Security Industry. Having worked within the Security Industry as well as running his own family Security firm, Mark has first hand experience of the Manned Guarding Industry.

With this invaluable experienced gained, Mark understands very quickly the needs of an ever more demanding client which has served him well in his latest role as Business Development Manager.

Mark firmly believes that Triton has a solution to any Security requirement and through spreading the Triton name we can only go from strength to strength.

Ian Simpson

Ian Simpson - Sales Director

Ian joined Triton in July 2010 to develop and promote all Facilities Management Services. He has over 25 years in National Business Development and providing capital equipment funding solutions to all size businesses and government bodies.

Ian’s previous role was for 3 years within the Fire and Security Industry, consulting in the Management and Maintenance of systems, providing cost effective solutions and legislation compliance.

Ian has strong ethical values and is dedicated to providing the highest levels of Customer service and satisfaction.

Lauren Gibson

Lauren Gibson - Vetting and Screening

After leaving school in 2007 Lauren went on to York College and in 2009 attained a recognised National Diploma.

Lauren joined the Triton Group in October 2009.

As well as completing the BS7858 Vetting and Screening course Lauren handles the day to day Administration side of the Company.
